Beech B76 Duchess G-GCCL
Conditions Of Hire
-
Hourly Rate Wet
Hourly charge is at the
current published
rate per hour based on the difference in the datcom reading at the
start of hire and at the end of hire.
-
Hourly Rate Dry
Please call for a rate per
hour based on the difference in the datcom reading at the start of hire
and at the end of hire.
When hired dry, the aircraft
should be taken with a full fuel load and filled to capacity at the hirer's
expense upon return to base. When weight and balance considerations do
not allow the aircraft to be taken with a ful fuel load, advance notice
of this must be given to Aerolease and care must be taken to make sure
that on return of the aircraft the fuel level is returned to the starting
level at the hirer's expense.
-
Minimum Daily Rate Away From
Base
If the aircraft is away
from base overnight, there is a minimum charge of three hours flying for
each consecutive night that it is away and this is offset against the hours
flying as taken from the datcom.
-
Fuel Charge Recovery
When the aircraft is hired
wet, all fuel purchases away from base will be reimbursed within 48 hours
of the presentation of invoices made out to Aerolease Limited or G-GCCL.
If the invoices are not made out to Aerolease Limited, VAT cannot be recovered.
-
When Payment Must Be Made
Charges for aircraft hire
must be settled in full upon return of the aircraft to base.
-
Hire Agreement
When the aircraft is to
be taken for landing away from base, a hire agreement must be signed and
returned to Conington Airfield before the aircraft may depart.
-
Requirement For Check-ride
All flyers that are not
current multi engine instructors will be required to fly a check-ride with
a Flying Club Conington instructor as a check of competence before their
first hire will be accepted and Aerolease reserves the right to
refuse hire if competence is not gauged to be adequate.
